Welcome! My interest in the auto industry began in 2006 after starting my first job working / training as a professional Automotive Detailer. After nearly four years of sharpening my skills with detailing , I ended up in a great customer service position at CVS Health where I spent nearly eight years. In late 2019, I was in dire need of a reliable vehicle. For years, I'd heard nothing but positive things about O'Daniel, so naturally I came and purchased my vehicle. I was truly blown away with the "No pressure, relaxed" environment. I admired the customer service skills from all the employees at the store. I was getting in my new ride to head home when I got a knock on my window. The General Sales Manager recognized me from CVS and the rest is history! Jeff is always great to work with, I have never had a bad experience, even when he is work with two and three customers at a time.
