He remembers almost everything from years ago even. Makes you feel like a real friend and not just a customer in to buy a car. AWESOME Experience I was in Saint Augustine on vacation and seen a Ford F250 on the lot that caught my eye and decided to stop in and check it out. As I entered the fron I was in Saint Augustine on vacation and seen a Ford F250 on the lot that caught my eye and decided to stop in and check it out. As I entered the front door I was welcomed as if I was a return customer. I requested info on the Ford and was introduced to Jeff Blanchard and I am here to tell you this guy is Awesome and is there to serve you. He answered all my questions and asked if I wanted to take a test drive, keep in mind he was in a cast up to his knee due to a broken foot and he was still going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He walked to the front of the lot in a cast just to get the vehicle, he could have gotten someone else to do this but as I said he was there to serve his customer and did just that. After the test drive we returned to the dealership to discuss a trade option and at no time did Jeff ever try to pressure me into anything he was there just to help me. We actually worked up a trade for my existing vehicle which was a F150 and it was located in KY. I ended up buying the F250 at 8:30pm that same evening and they closed at 8pm. They arranged to fly a driver to KY to pickup my F150 and drive it back to FL. Jeff is a Awesome guy who is a true man of his word, if he tells you he will do it then you can bet it will get done. I highly recommend this dealership and specificly Jeff Blanchard. If you want to be treated like a real customer and get a great deal check these guys out. Ask for Jeff and he will take care of you. Torie was a real joy to work with and gain knowledge about Toyota. I am 70 and have owned Toyota's for over 25 years. I had a wonderful relationship with a dealership in Indio Calif. and hated that I couldn't return to have Angie sell me another Toyota, but my fears dissolved after spending quality time with this exceptional lady. Torie Benoit is a great asset to Beaver Toyota. Torie and George May, a team player with her, along with all the people that made my magic happen to get into a beautiful dream car just made my day! They were all ROCK STARS!!! Especially Torie. Their patience and professionalism and continued relaxed atmosphere during the time I was there, gave me so much trust and acceptance and confidence in Beaver Toyota. From the moment i entered I was greeted with friendliness form the receptionist Katey Comstock and directed to an awesome and very knowledgeable Sales Associate in Jeff Blanchard. We spoke about what i expected out of the visit and that I wanted to buy a new car, preferably Truck. What shocked me the most about it was he didn't launch right into the same old car sales bit but offered me some coffee and some donuts before taking me out onto the lot to survey the inventory. I was very pleased. I knew what I wanted and it didn't take long to find the color and options I liked. It helped that Jeff informed me that he had just bough the same truck recently and that made me more confident I was talking to someone that believed in what he was saying. the Sales Managers worked well with me and got me a great payment that fit within my means. I walked out a happy man that day with a beautiful brand new truck. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone, they were so nice and easy going that it was a pleasure and not a dreadful visit to a car dealership. More

I meet your salesman Jeff Blanchard and he listened to what I wanted and and what i needed and I came out with the perfect combination of both. I was very appreciative of the staff and how friendly they were. The used car manager Francisco Manfredi came and spoke to me personally during the negotiation. He was kind and very knowledgeable and seemed to care. He did everything possible to be able to get me a great deal. The atmosphere in the store was very palpable, there was not one salesmen whom was not either helping a customer or asking me if I needed help, even when i walked in I was warmly greeted by a young lady. I like what this store is becoming. I would gladly and freely recommend any of my friends and associates to go buy a car form Beaver Toyota. More
