The call was answered immediately with no hold time and I was able to set up an apt in less than 15 secs. The apt was scheduled within days and I got a loaner without aggravation. (very different experience from prior dealer). Yesterday was when apt scheduled and Eric, who was waiting for me upon arrival to help me, was extremely efficient and professional. I got there at 8:30am. I mentioned to him that I have to be at work by 1. I was expecting to pick up the car late evening or the next day. Without any hesitation, he promised to have the car ready by 10:30am and he did!! OMG! I am so impressed!!! Unbelieveable service and care. Did I mention they washed my car too!!! Thank you Danbury Porsche! More

While I get fabulous service from all the dealerships that have serviced my 2014 Cayenne (139k mile) Scott and the guys at Danbury Porsche by far makes me feel they are totally committed to me as a Porsche owner. Every time I walk in the door for service, if free, Scott never fails to come over to say hello and just chat for a moment. The tech guys there do a full inspection of my car before I drop it off, not in an effort to run up my bill, but to really make sure my Porsche is set up for complete performance every time I drive off the lot. The level of service they provide before, during and many years after the sale really makes me feel like they've got me and my Cayenne at heart. Even though we are now living in a different state, I'll go back to Scott for my new ride because I know he's got my best Porsche interest at heart, this is something I have never experienced from any other dealership or sales person.! More
