I began my career in the automotive industry in February 2015 and have proudly been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past nine years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I’ve always appreciated the strong sense of community here — something that Subaru of Gwinnett embodies every day. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids — two daughters (8 and 4) and a son (6) — along with a couple of lovable rescue pups who keep things lively at home. Fun fact: my family is currently on Subaru #7, and we love taking our Subarus off-roading whenever we can! What I enjoy most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the incredible culture and the many opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. It’s a place that truly feels like home.

Jeff was ready when I brought my car in due to a recall I got into a loaner quickly and was on my way. The car was ready to go late that afternoon so I was able to get it the next day. I had to bring my 2020 Outback back in after 3 weeks with a radiator leak. Things like happen but they did not get the urgency on my part to repair as I need the vehicle to move out of state Aug 30. I had to follow up to get them to overnight the radiator which they had not expedited. I also asked the advisor Josh to do an oil change. I was contacted Tuesday evening that the car was ready to go but I told them I would pick up in the morning. Wednesday morning I called and when I eventually got thru on the phone after several disconnects they had no clue if my car was ready or not. I also found out they never planned the oil change. So I finally get the car Wednesday and when I get home, guess what, ant infestation!!!! The ant apparently like antifreeze and swarmed my car. The mechanic had to know this when he replaced the radiator as there was evidence of smashed ants on top of the air box. Unbelievable that they would deliver a brand new car to me like this. Obviously poor internal communication on the service department end and also lack of customer quality. Never again More

I have been coming to Subaru of Gwinnett for almost eleven years - and I have NEVER been disappointed. They have done all the service and repairs for my Forester and my car is still going strong! I have found them to be totally honest about what work needs to be done, and the work is reasonably priced. I have never taken my car anywhere else. More
