Mitch McCarthy, in Sales, was very attentive and has a real nice way about him. The dealership is clean and bright, very bright. Late in the afternoon the sun comes in the front windows and it makes it uncomfortable while discussing “the deal”. Senior management should really consider darkening the windows or use shades. If you’re concerned about looking closed with the shades down, I wouldn’t be. You have your hours posted on your website and if someone is that worried about it they can call. I was moved 3 different times to get out of the sun. Mitch offered to move us. We didn’t have to ask him to do it. The pricing with discounts was good as well as the trade $$$ we received. All in all a great experience. Our thanks to a great team!! More

The best car buying experience EVER I must say, that its typically a stressful moment when dealing with trading your car in and negotiating the terms of a new vehicle. I went to Ford of Londonderry not expecting to make any deals, in fact I went to test drive a different model car than I originally ha, and unsure if I would like the model. I was teamed up with Bob Morrisette who took us out for our test drive. Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions fully. Upon return to the dealership, we began what is the typically stressful "haggling of prices", to get the best deal possible. This time, it actually didn't happen! The offers were made, and we agreed on the terms within 5 minutes. No stress, no feeling like I could have down better, just overall satisfaction that this dealership did right by me, enabling me to feel good about my deal. They treated us so very professionally, with courtesy and respect all the way through. All my questions about the sale were throughly explained, and I left with a new car, and a deal ship and salesman that I will go back to when I need a new car in the future. This is a true gem of dealership! More
