Dave is very detailed orentated and kept me informed the entire time my truck was in the shop. Mitch McCarthy, in Sales, was very attentive and has a real nice way about him. The dealership is clean and bright, very bright. Late in the afternoon the sun comes in the front windows and it makes it uncomfortable while discussing “the deal”. Senior management should really consider darkening the windows or use shades. If you’re concerned about looking closed with the shades down, I wouldn’t be. You have your hours posted on your website and if someone is that worried about it they can call. I was moved 3 different times to get out of the sun. Mitch offered to move us. We didn’t have to ask him to do it. The pricing with discounts was good as well as the trade $$$ we received. All in all a great experience. Our thanks to a great team!! More
