The eprice that was provided had no hidden fees and after speaking with Devin L'Heurex (internet Sales Coordinator) numerous times through email, I decided to take the 3hr drive to the dealership. Prior to my departure, internet sales manager Jeff Brunini reached out and informed me that the truck was still available. He answered all the questions I had and I provided him with the details of my trade in. Upon arriving t the dealership, I was greeted by Raul Pereira, who treated me very professionally and in a non-pressuring way. This non-pressuring experience led to my purchase of this new beautiful F150. This is my 5th new F150 and 8th new Ford Vehicle since 1990. Three stooges are better mechanics Absolute laughable incompetence by the service/body shop departments. They scratched my vehicle during a service, they tried to fix it 3 times and on Absolute laughable incompetence by the service/body shop departments. They scratched my vehicle during a service, they tried to fix it 3 times and on the last attempt, they damaged another part of the vehicle. Other than an oil change, which at this point I would even let them attempt, stay away. I am amazed at people today who do a terrible job, step back and say, "yeah, that's good enough". More

Great Service I was two days before leaving for Hamilton Ontario when I notices something leaking from my rear axle.
