Jeff made the long-distance over the phone purchase painless Saw the used Jeep online and it had just been traded in so the pictures were pretty rough, I called Jeff Campbell and he went and looked at the Jeep r Saw the used Jeep online and it had just been traded in so the pictures were pretty rough, I called Jeff Campbell and he went and looked at the Jeep right then and there and walked all the way around the Jeep and told me every little thing about it over the phone, we went back forth on price a few times, then settled in on a deal, we made everything happen over the phone, and I showed up 2 days later to pick it up. The Jeep was in Pristine condition, everything Jeff said about it was correct, no hidden surprises. after taking it for a drive, we went inside and the whole process took like 30 minutes to sign all the papers. and the best part: NO HIGH PRESSURE F & I OFFICE SALES PITCHES!!!!!! This is always the part that i DREAD about buying a car, going into the office to finish all the paperwork... they do It right here, if you want something like extended warranty, GAP, etc, they will sell it to you, but they DONT PUSH YOU INTO BUYING like other dealers. Give em a shot, you wont be disappointed. More

Found the perfect truck online. Jeff was great to work with. We drove down from Ellijay and the truck was clean and out front ready to drive. From the time that I first called him to ask about a used car in stock he gave me the feeling of comfort and someone that cared about what my needs were, not trying to sell me something else that I didn't need. We went for a few test drives on different cars that I had looked at and finally settled on the one I had originally came in for. Throughout the whole process he made sure I knew what was going on and that I was happy with the purchase I had made.
