We bought our first Toyota after being a Honda only family, due in large part to the outstanding experience we had with Jeff W. at Mc Cord Vancouver. We had visited multiple Toyota dealerships in sear family, due in large part to the outstanding experience we had with Jeff W. at Mc Cord Vancouver. We had visited multiple Toyota dealerships in search of a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, which was extremely difficult to find. Jeff went above and beyond to locate the exact vehicle we wanted, secure Costco pricing, and provide a fair trade-in value for our CR-V. He also seamlessly worked with Columbia Credit Union, making the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. To top it off, since it was the last day of the month and the dealership was busy finalizing many sales, Everett, the finance manager, did an excellent job moving everything through to completion as smoothly as possible. There were no surprises, no pressure, and none of the typical hard sell tactics you sometimes encounter in the finance office. McCord has a great product, but what really stood out to us were the outstanding people behind it. Jeff and Everett made what can often be a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.
