Having worked with someone that was inconsistent with reaching out when I gave a $500 deposit for a car search, I almost gave up. But then Chef Jeff heard about what I was going through and stepped in and found my car within 2 hours of requesting to not work with Marcie. Marcy had told me it could be several months before my car was available. That seemed very suspect after she told me she could source the car anywhere within 3,000 mi. I repeatedly found the vehicle that I was looking to buy, only to be told by her that she can't work with dealerships that aren't within a certain list and that the 3000 Miles only applies to vehicles in that group. However those vehicles regarding those groups, the furthest one away is 200 MI. When I requested assistance from someone else, they asked immediately what had happened. 2 hours later someone called me and said they had my car and that Jeff the Chef would be helping me going forward. He is an amazing guy and I highly recommend it. He has a great sense of humor. They didn't try to upsell me or offer any extras or higher costs of any kind. They kept checking the Costco membership prices and on the day I went to purchase my car, they informed me that the discount was twice what it had been. I highly recommend working with Chef Jeff. I do not recommend working with Marcie Jones. I was informed by her that she would be in the office all day on allocation day. I was then informed by her when my call was forwarded to her, that she was at home having breakfast and I could hear her audible crunches. I asked her why she said she was going to be in the office that day because I was headed her way then and she said oh I'm taking the day off. I had just given the dealership $500 and was assured she would be there and have the receipts to prove it. She was not there and multiple cars on that allocation day could have been my car. So I requested no longer to work with her. And the dealership was amazing at finding someone that fit me exactly with helping me find my car. Alyssa holiday is amazing she was the one that worked as a team with Jeff the chef. She is the kindest and sweetest person you could ever meet. I brought my friend who has down syndrome with me, and they made her feel a special and valued. It was a magical experience interacting with Alyssa and jeff. More

Chef did a good job for us in communicating when our car would be ready to pick up. We should have taken more time with him during delivery as we left not fully understanding all of the media functions of t would be ready to pick up. That was not necessarily Chef's fault, we drove down from the Seattle area to take delivery and were anxious to make the return drive in the daylight, given the heavy rain. Everett failed to give us full copies of all the documents we signed and it has taken us a couple of weeks to get them despite leaving phone messages and sending email requesting the documents. Thank you to Chef for finally finding and sending them to us. Your facility is very nice and all of the people we dealt with were very professional despite the document snafu. Your participation in the Costco Auto program made a lot of difference and caused us to have a very smooth transaction in terms of the dreaded negotiation process. We would certainly recomment your dealership. This would have been a 5 star review but for the document snafu. More
