I needed to buy a car. I didn't want to buy a car but I had to, so I went into Koon's Chevy because it was close by and I knew someone who worked there. I ended up having the absolute best car buying exper had to, so I went into Koon's Chevy because it was close by and I knew someone who worked there. I ended up having the absolute best car buying experience ever. I got a vehicle that I really wanted at a reasonable price. The finance department took what could have been a difficult situation and made it work out very favorably. In the past, I've gotten used to not being able to get what I want, not getting as good a deal as I could have and being saddled with a payment that was higher than I was looking for, all with the feeling that I had to really watch what everyone was doing in order to make sure that I didn't get taken advantage of. At Koon's, I got straight answers and a level of transparency that I've never gotten in a car deal. Actual customer service has become rare but I got a good does of it at this dealership. I'll be back when it's time to purchase again and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who will listen. More
