I always have a great service experience when I come to this location. I used to come see Steve for all of my car needs but he moved to Downey and it’s to far of a drive for me. He however left me on the hands of Danny and I have zero complaints! She treats me like a VIP everytime in go in she makes sure through my whole time there that I am taken care of as well as my car. The service advisors there are always in a positive mood. I appreciate their inspections and the video they send it’s always nice seeing everything up close. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Nissan of Tustin. It’s already dreadful having to go the a dealership anyways but I’m glad this one is my closest one. Thanks Danny. More

Wya to go Tustin for finally stepping up your service game! I’ve always had bad experiences with dealerships I try not to take my car in for anything but my vehicle had a recall and I was forced to bring game! I’ve always had bad experiences with dealerships I try not to take my car in for anything but my vehicle had a recall and I was forced to bring in. Wasn’t expecting much honestly thought they were just going to have me sing and call it a day. But no they explained the recall what it was for the wait time and how they were going to do an inspection just in case my vehicle needed anything else. I said sure I’ve been doing my own services due to the bad dealership experiences, I didn’t think it needed anything and was thinking they were just going to try and sell me services. But they didn’t the mechanic did a video and said my car was in greta condition the tires were getting low but they didn’t need to be replaced yet. I’m amazed they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I might just start coming back here for services. Nice job! Thank you. More

This dealership always provides us with amazing service. I really wish they had their car wash back up but the service here is still exceptional. I always go with Jeff or Cash and they are always so kind an I really wish they had their car wash back up but the service here is still exceptional. I came in expecting to spend at least $400 for service but my car didn’t need that many service and left spending $169 they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and they sent me a video inspection so I could see what condition my car is in. Truly appreciate that thanks Tustin and thank you Jeff and Cash. More

This is the best Nissan dealership by far. Their service department is super friendly. They have two managers on sit at their service department so if you have any issues one of them will glad Their service department is super friendly. They have two managers on sit at their service department so if you have any issues one of them will gladly help you out. I had no issues thankfully but I did get a chance to meet them both. Their team is so helpful. They have a new thing where they send you videos of the inspection they do on your car. It’s comforting knowing that they let you see what it is they are recommending instead of just trying to shove a service down for the money. Great work Nissan of Tustin. More
