Thank you so much tustin for providing me with a positive experience. I have been to many Nissans and this is by far the best one! I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my o experience. I have been to many Nissans and this is by far the best one! I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my oil changes but I came back to Tustin nissan for a recall and I will be coming back for all of my services. This team was very courteous and super professional. The wait time was short and my advisor was so helpful when I asked him questions. They also sent me an inspection video which is something new that I’ve never seen. It was an amazing experience and I will be coming back. More

I was a little hesitant to come back because I had a bad experience in 2021 but I’m glad I gave them another chance. This team is amazing and they really do take care of their customers.
