The general manager is an extremely arrogant, rude and condescending person and I would NOT recommend him. He is very disrespectful on the phone. I will never buy a car from herb chambers or advise anyone condescending person and I would NOT recommend him. He is very disrespectful on the phone. I was looking for a year old E63 and gave a call to Jeff and Jeff had Rod call me back and personally looked at very closely he found 2 small scratches that a barley visable on the right front fender and and Jeff had Rod call me back and personally looked at very closely he found 2 small scratches that a barley visable on the right front fender and rear tires that are slightly worn. He sent me lots of pictures and called back to go over them. This was on Friday and I said I would be there on Saturday to look at the car and bring my trade in that Jeff had given me a trade price based on my description. I arrived at 2:30 PM in a pouring rain store. I looked at the car and 1/2 hour latter I was on my way back home. A simple transaction and great people to deal with. This is my 7th purchase from this dealer ship and looking forward for more in the future. More

I have bought a certificate preowned car and the car supposed to be inspected as per Mercedes Benz certified standard. But after the car was delivered and driving for 3 month I have problem related to s supposed to be inspected as per Mercedes Benz certified standard. But after the car was delivered and driving for 3 month I have problem related to suspension brake & seat. Though I appreciate that they repair the issue with Brake and Seat. I feel this not expected from a brand like herb chamber. I feel the have hide the fact sold a faulty car. More

Great experience! I just purchased a new vehicle from Yue and he was a JOY to work with! Super polite and did not put any pressure on us while we were test driving. T I just purchased a new vehicle from Yue and he was a JOY to work with! Super polite and did not put any pressure on us while we were test driving. Then surprised us with such a fun presentation of our new car! Also, Fred gave us a complete education on how to use our new vehicle. Very knowledgeable and he was so courteous in taking the time needed to show us all the features. Dominic was also a help! Overall, it was definitely a great experience dealing with team involved. And I love my new car! More
