Hey, guys!!! My name is Jeff and I've been in the auto industry since January of 2016! I've worked almost every position on the sales side of the dealership from internet sales, all the way up through General Sales Manager and have found that I love the detail oriented job description of the finance manager most. I'm extremely personable and absolutely adore being able to make what can be a frustrating and anxious experience, fun, laid back, and easy to understand. When you cannot find me here at the dealership, it's more than likely that I'm home with my gorgeous wife Lauryn, and my beautiful, fun, young daughters Daphne and Elora, our dogs Kevin, Bernice, and Daisy, or outside playing golf or hunting and fishing. I'm an extremely competitive and savvy pool player as well. Mike made my new purchase a breeze! He was so nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Everyone that worked with us made us so comfortable. Keith is awesome. This is our second time purchasing from Sunset Ford. They go above and beyond. Both purchases were vehicles coming off a lease. This one had several areas that needed taken care of on the paint. We are waiting, but I’m sure they will honor their word and call us when the body shop can work us in to repaint the hood and do the other touch-ups. They also offer a free warranty on the engine and transmission, which is why we come from Illinois to their dealership. We will continue doing business with them in the future. The Greatest disappointment of my life and at 54 years of age I've bought many vehicles. Here's just a few problems I experience at Sunset Ford: I was told they would glue the gaskets around the back doors a age I've bought many vehicles. Here's just a few problems I experience at Sunset Ford: I was told they would glue the gaskets around the back doors and after getting home ready for the license Bureau the next day I had signed a Title for a different vehicle and back passenger door from the inside won't open the door. This will be my last visit to Sunset Ford. More
