My Toyota Camry was in for a recall service of a fuel pump during which time I was told I also needed a wheel alignment. I was very suspicious because the car was in a few weeks earlier for a regular mai pump during which time I was told I also needed a wheel alignment. I was very suspicious because the car was in a few weeks earlier for a regular maintenance and wheel alignment was never mentioned. One might say I might have hit a chuckhole that necessitated a wheel alignment between these two services schedules. I refused the alignment service that was suggested and saved about $300, I have been back twice since then for regular maintenance and the alignment issue never came up, confirming my initial suspicion of a bogus diagnosis. I wonder how many of your customers that came in for the recall fell for your scheme? I'm not sure if I can trust any of your diagnosis any more and I will have to go elsewhere for any of my maintenance and repair needs. . More

Kevin Vaughn and the Tom Wood team were great to work with. They greeted me as I arrived, went through the car thoroughly, listened to what I was looking for, and sold me a car without being pushy. Kevin was really straightforward and honest and the friendliest salesman I have ever worked with. Jeff in finance was great as well. He has a job to do and he does it without being pushy or shady like a lot of finance guys. The sales manager, Josh Tharp, was also friendly and took the time to talk to me and make sure everything was taken care of and I was all set. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and would buy here again. This was truly a great car buying experience. More

Had a problem with door a door lock after I drove the suv . Spoke to Jeff Fernandez about it and he said they would check it out. Problem fixed at no cost.
