Immediately, he offered to us to take the Porsche Cayenne for a test drive alone! This alone time afforded us the opportunity to talk and 'experience' the car freely! He was extremely patient so we didn't feel any pressure to buy! Peter gave us valuable information in order to help us make a decision. A few days later, the price was dropped, making the car even more attractive. The price was very competitive. He was able to get the best trade-in value on our Mercedes. Jeff Fielders handled our paperwork with ease. He was very clear, patient and helped identify our next steps in the process! Everything went smoothly, within the week I had my dream car! The only glitches were that the car came with only one ignition key, no floor mats and the owners manual was missing. I had to pony up for another key at a different dealer, but Jack located another manual and sent it to me. He was also very good at following up after the sale and after the delivery. I feel comfortable recommending this dealer. More
