What you will find is a group of pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful individuals willing to spend whatever time is necessary for you to meet your perfect four wheel friend. One of the biggest worries when it comes to purchasing a higher end vehicle has to be the quality and cost of service and repairs. Their knowledge,extensive experience and willingness to listen is wortby of your respect. When I found the Mercedes that I wanted; I opted for a 3rd party 2nd appraisal. I brought it to Chuck, a service manager at Mercedes of Hannover. Their four hour evaluation brought up a number of things that needed to be addressed and a few "it would be nice if they would" items. When I returned to Avon Auto Brokers to share the news, the immediate response was, we'll get on it immediately (ALL of it) and have it ready in less than two days. AAB also offers a maintenance package that covers virtually everything that encourages you to have work done by a reputable MB dealer. Our sales assistant Alex did a phenomenal job of guiding us.
