I stopped by Woodfield Acura on my way home from a terrible shopping experience at Advantage Acura, and Roger restored my faith that not all dealers are trying to scam buyers. He was honest and straightforward, didn't play games, and got me into a used (really new, it had only 41 miles) 2024 Honda Prologue. I was very pressed for time, having driven down from Milwaukee and needing to drive home to South Carolina a day later. Roger and Jeff Glicksman did their best to get me out and on my way, all without the deceitful high pressure tactics that some dealers engage in.
