Service unsat. Technicians failed to tighten lug nuts following tire rotation. Wheel nearly came off when I drove away. Best experience ever. I found the truck I was looking for on their website. They quickly confirmed that it was available and set up and appointment for a test drive. We worked with Sasha, she was very profes on their website. They quickly confirmed that it was available and set up and appointment for a test drive. Receptionist was informed that my vehicle was blocked in and she was conversing with another employee in the parking lot after I told her I was in a rush. Moments later, I received a call from the service and she was conversing with another employee in the parking lot after I told her I was in a rush. Moments later, I received a call from the service department that the technicians forgot to reset a service checkpoint and requested for me to return to the dealership. I am surprised of how staff upholds service from a reputable luxury dealership. I would expect it from a sales car lot instead. More
