Jeff was friendly, professional, well informed and clearly wanted us to be satisfied with our new-to-us used car. He helped us test drive two of the three cars we were interested in and advised us ver clearly wanted us to be satisfied with our new-to-us used car. The sales manager also came to discuss the three cars. He noted that he reviewed every used car that came in, to determine their condition and price. We wanted an extended warranty, so Ben Burnett helped us choose the best one for us, given that we intend to keep the car for many years. Ben knew the extended warranties backwards and forwards, which gave us greater confidence that we were making the right choice. When we picked the car up, Jeff walked me through the infotainment system and the car's other features and swept the snow off before we drove it away. We had an excellent experience with everyone we interacted with at DePaula Mazda and recommend the dealership to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. More

Jeff not only accommodated me when I came into the dealership with only 30 minutes before closing allowing me to test drive the models I was interest Jeff not only accommodated me when I came into the dealership with only 30 minutes before closing allowing me to test drive the models I was interested in, but also never made me feel rushed when I stayed a little after closing (past his shift) to discuss my financing options.
