This was awful service start to finish. I pulled into the Service area for my appointment and sat in my car. There was nobody at the desk. Nobody came to greet me so after five minutes I go I pulled into the Service area for my appointment and sat in my car. There was nobody at the desk. Nobody came to greet me so after five minutes I got out of my car and I walked around and I still couldn’t find a single person to help me. Finally a nice lady walked by and said she does not work in service but she’d be happy to send someone over. I waited five more minutes and finally some grumpy guy walked over and didn’t even say hi to me. All he said was are you here to drop your car off or pick up? I got the feeling like I was there wasting his time. He asked me a few questions -looked at my information. I brought out a coupon which he told me he doesn’t need that he’ll give me a better deal. And then I left. 2 hours went by and I didn’t hear from anybody. No text no call -nothing I finally returned to the service area and still nobody was in there and I saw someone driving my car parking it and I asked him if my car was done and he said yes so I went to the cashier who was also very grumpy and said hey nobody called me about my car. I got No video, no text, no phone call and I asked is my car ready She finally found my information and she was able to process my payment and there was no coupon applied so I overpaid for rotten service. I still have yet to see a video of the work done. I will never go back to this location. FYI, Mullers you need to take a lesson from the Morton Grove store. They are way ahead of you on customer service. More

The reason I buy Acuras is because I love my MDXs and I will only get them from Mullers. Why? Because the whole experience is top shelf. Sales, service, and financing. Attention to detail. Just today I made an appointment with Lance Dailey to dial in my settings on my new2025 Aspec Advance. Lance had me pull into a service stall. He completely set me up and I was on my way in 30 min. Enough said? MDX number 5 on the road from Mullers. Easy and Simple. Way to go Mullers! More

Muller's Woodfield Acura location was our second dealership for the day. We were looking to buy another Acura MDX as our old one died. Stopping at this location was the best decision we could have m dealership for the day. We were looking to buy another Acura MDX as our old one died. Stopping at this location was the best decision we could have made. The salespeople at this dealership are respectful, thoughtful and take into consideration your wants and needs. It was definitely great meeting John. Unlike other dealership salesmen in the area. John was really professional! As he was not pushy on the sale or disrespectful. It was a real pleasure to communicate with John, as it felt like he really cared and wanted to help us get the best deal and best car! So far, we are truly happy with our purchase of (2022 Acura MDX) and a pleasant experience at this dealership. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by this place if in the area. More
