Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to You know the saying, "You Don’t Know What You Have Until It’s Gone?" Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to spend a few hours at Tom Bush BMW. You pull up into the service lane, no one comes to see you. You walk in, no one talks to you for a good 5-10 minutes. You finally get checked in after you overhear the service manager say, "Well, she's 15 minutes early," and no one talks to you. No one asks you if you'd like some water. If you'd like to know what interent to use while you wait. If you'd like a snack. Or maybe a ride to the Town Center. If you'd like somewhere to sit comfortably while you wait. Disney World may be called the best place on earth, but Bozard Ford is a close second. I wish there was a Bozard BMW. But a dream is a wish your heart makes. More
