And last but least Airbag problem which would have costed over $500 A lemon by the extreme in my opinion.I made the decision to get out of it well the getting was good and bought a 2014 Ford Edge, Ricky Goodwin was a excellant help, To find a affordable vechile My Family has been a Bozard customer since 1951. The edge was like the 4th vechile purchased by this family in the last few years i also purchased a 2013 F-150 my father a F-150 brother F-250 , and my wife purchased two vechiles her self. the 2012 Explore and now the Edge. Under the circumstances a job well done on the finance guys and Ricky goodwin and the encouragement from piper and the young Lady and the front desk Named Stephanie. why isn't she listed on top? but i HaVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FRIENDS LIKE THESE WHO ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT MY PROBLEMS IN SOLVING THE GREAT LEMON PROBLEM lol WINKS. Bozard is the BEST Auto Dealership I've ever bought from. I bought my 2013 Ford Escape about 26 months ago - and could not be happier with my Ford Escape or Bozard Ford. I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford Escape a I bought my 2013 Ford Escape about 26 months ago - and could not be happier with my Ford Escape or Bozard Ford. I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford Escape and a friend recommended Bozard Ford - and suggested I should ask for Salesman Ricky Goodwin because he's the most honest car salesman he'd ever met. Ricky is a trustworthy car salesman (not mutually exclusive terms afterall... lol) and I enjoyed doing business with another U.S. Military Veteran that has the integrity to look customers in the eye while promising to stand behind his product and service agreement, etc. I did as my friend suggested and Ricky Goodwin helped me find the exact car I was looking for then quickly agreed to sell the Escape to me for less than I'd expected from the studying I did prior to shopping. Ricky also sold the maintenance agreement and extended warranty for an excellent price - and they have already saved me a bundle compared to the charges I'd paid to repair my last vehicle (a Honda Ridgeline) after a similar time period several years ago. Recently the warning light came on my dashboard telling me that my brakes might fail - so I immediately drove to Bozard's Service Dept.where Colby Clarke asked me as I pulled up if he could help. He checked the warning light and immediately crawled under the wheels of my Ford Escape and located the problem on the 4th wheel. Colby scheduled me for a repair right away and secured a free rental from Enterprise within minutes. The 2014 Lincoln Navigator rental was a pleasure to drive for the next 4 days it took for the parts to arrive and the repair completed. My Ford Escape was repaired free of charges and the rental did not cost me anything either - other than 4 gallons of gas I had to replace. I've bought about 20 vehicles in my life and this is the first time I've been 100% satisfied with my purchase and service after 2 plus years. Bozard Ford is the Dealership I wish I could have bought all of my cars from - because they're simply the best I've ever seen. If there's one complaint I could share - it's that there was no Bozard Ford/Lincoln Dealership in the areas of the U.S. that I used to live. Bozard is simply the best and I wish all car dealerships would use the same business practices as Bozard - and hire personnel with as much class and integrity as Ricky Goodwin and Colby Clarke.
