Tony was very efficient with the process of getting us a great deal on my car as well as ensuring that I got want I wanted in the car--my remote start! I greatly appreciate his help ensuring good customer service. My husband and I had bought a brand new corolla from here in 2010 and had great service so we returned back to Wilde. Our experience with our sales person Tony was great, however, dealing with the finance department was not. I had qualified for the college grad rebate of receiving $750 off the deal that Toyota had going on. During my car negotiation, I came to a consensus on the price offer as well as being approved for the 0% finance. However, with me wanting the college grad rebate i was told to bring my documents back. According to the disclaimer, yet I quote: "Must provide proof of qualification and any one of the following documents will be accepted: (a) copy of diploma; OR (b) letter from the college/university/trade school registrar’s office stating graduation date and type of degree or certification earned; OR (c) copy of the final transcript confirming graduation date and type of degree earned; OR (d) copy of current transcript (or letter from college/university registrar’s office) confirming current enrollment in a graduate degree program." I decided that I would come back the next day with the required documentation and put down a payment to hold the vehicle. The first night we dealt with Vicki the Financial Manager, was told that I could email or fax the documents to her Director Jeff Klawitter. Since I graduated in December of 2015, and have yet to receive my diploma from my school, I had to use my unofficial transcripts. I provided my unofficial transcript, pay stub, and my utility bill per the disclaimer via email and even took it in. Vicki gave me her card and Jeff's card, in which I called her to let her know that I had sent in my information and requested a confirmation of them receiving it (since it has all my personal information on there). I asked for a call back or just a simple email from Jeff to confirm that they had received it but DID NOT receive any confirmation. My husband and I decided to bring in the documents instead "just in case." When I got there, I was greet by Tony, he was very professional and asked if I had sent in the information requested. I told him I had emailed it to Jeff, however, he asked for the documents to make copies of it in case it was not received (which I'm sure it was still hanging out in someone's email). Tony went to meet with the financial people and they stated that my unofficial transcript was not sufficient. Yet, on their disclaimer, it did not state whether it should be an official or unofficial, and was told to get my "official transcripts." I called my school and was told it was going to take 6-8 wks. I spent the whole day trying to get in reach of Vicki and/or Jeff and they both did not even pick up any calls. I finally called the finance department itself, and talked to the manager to the director and was told that they would look into it that saturday and call me back before they closed. I emailed my BSN degree verification and school info to the person I spoke with for them to forward it Vicki so that my paper work would go to Toyota by Monday and I would be able to sign and take the car home. Yet again, NO CALL BACK, nor follow up as promised by the finance director before they closed on Saturday. I was VERY VERY FRUSTRATED, dealing with the finance department with people telling me they would call me back but no one did. NO ONE EVER DID! I finally decided to give Tony a call on his cellphone, as listed on his card, and told him that if there was no follow up on Monday I no longer wanted the car. I was tired of being told this is that about the $750 off, and I'm very sure that none of those finance people read the disclaimer on their website. I had to verbalize and read back their disclaimers to them in order to get the point across. They told me that it's "up to toyota to decide," and i totally understand that, but I provided the necessary document to the people yet it was not accepted and NO FOLLOW UP! When I expressed this to Tony, I addressed my concern right away and took care of the issue. When I went in on Monday to see them, I saw Tony at the desk speaking with a person about my case. She then told him that everything was approved and for him to call me back. I called after him to let him know that I was already there and heard it. We finally settle the deal and I was able to take the car home. Overall, my recommendation to potential buyers is that deal with the sales rep and send all the necessary documents to them and not the finance people because if you send it to finance, it just get put off. From my experience, Tony was the person who got the job and deal sealed for me. DEAL WITH THE SALES REP! More

Michael was one of the first to greet us and it was clear he was committed to finding us the right vehicle. He sat down to listen to us, our needs, our budget, and extras we wanted in our vehicle. He presented us with several options - both Toyota and non Toyota makes (as requested) in the budget and styles we had asked for (what a refreshing change to have a sales guy actually offer us options within our budget vs slightly above). We test drove several vehicles and after spending some time we came back to do an overnight test drive with a vehicle we were interested in. We were unfortunately "that couple" that came back late on a Friday night to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. This would seem to be an inconvenience for most people as the dealership closed at 9 but Michael was not only helpful but had a positive attitude and made sure we had all our questions answered going forward. He stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and that we could be on our way with our new Toyota Rav4. The finance rep, Jeff, quickly and efficiently processed our info but took time to answer our questions thoroughly. We appreciated Toyota making this a smooth experience for us. And thank you to the additional employees who stayed late to help us. More

He showed me both new and used models and was very knowledgable about all of the cars and options that come with the different models. He let me try the car on the highway because I will be doing most of my driving on the highway. Inside the sales floor everyone was very friendly and congratulated me on buying my car. Lots of hand shakes and it made me feel good about choosing this location. Financing went smoothly and all of the paperwork was explained to me. Overall, I would reccomend this dealership to anyone I know wanting to buy and car and especially Cody because he was upbeat and as excited as I was for buying a new car. More

So when Kevin Nelson was recommended to us by a friend as an experienced salesman and a straight shooter, we gave it a try. Kevin put us at ease, answered all questions, and gave us the ins and outs of all of our options. No fast talking. No con job. Just straight, honest talk. This was a pleasant car-buying experience and we would, in turn, recommend Kevin and Wilde Toyota to others. More

Bad Gone Good Was sort of forced into looking for a new vehicle when I was rear-ended and my car totaled. Dreaded the whole hunt. Previously had a Corolla and a Cam Was sort of forced into looking for a new vehicle when I was rear-ended and my car totaled. Dreaded the whole hunt. Previously had a Corolla and a Camry that were both purchased from Wilde. Lots of years ago but Toyota still remains to be a highly rated dependable vehicle, so I returned. One of the most significant factors in my choice of the RAV4 was the impression that the salesperson, Jeff Seidner , made on me. He didn't pressure, was very informative and upon my purchase spent a very long time thoroughly explaining all the new computerized features. Hope to be as impressed with the vehicle as much as I was with his commitment to customer service. It's been a long time away from Toyota but I understand Wilde also has a very good service department, which is equally important. So, if you are in the market for a new car and looking at a Toyota, I can highly recommend the integrity of Jeff. He made a difficult situation for me very pleasant! More
