Horrible! 2012 Kia Forte engine knocking at 55K miles, this dealer says the issue is not covered under recall? I was "URGED" to have fixed by them as a safety issue, but they won't cover the cost because this dealer says the issue is not covered under recall? I was "URGED" to have fixed by them as a safety issue, but they won't cover the cost because the warranty expired. Really??! The car has 55K miles...what kind of engine has safety issues at 55K miles and the dealer won't fix it? When I bought the car from them in 2012, I was told the warranty was 10 years/100,000 miles, but this dealer lost the records of my purchase, really???! They say the warranty expired at five years. Round and round and round we go. I regret purchasing a car from them, I do not recommend going to Luther Kia in Bloomington at all. Don't buy a car there, and don't fix your car there. More
