As in the past 2 visits/purchases, very professional, patient, low-key and never high-pressure. Jeff and Rob treated us like friends, not just customers. They took their time with us, as did the sales as patient, low-key and never high-pressure. Jeff and Rob treated us like friends, not just customers. I factory-ordered an Impreza from Jeff and -- contrary to just about everything I had read about buying new cars from dealerships -- it was a smooth, no-pressure, reasonable and hassle-free experience. He was straightforward, helpful, and responsive to all of my questions. I kept waiting for the other "shoe" to drop and it never did. (I also received the car within 4 weeks - some kind of land speed record.) This was not the closest Subaru dealership to my home; but I quickly learned that this is a destination dealer in the best sense. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru anywhere near NJ. More
