I picked up the Outback today and Jeff as well as Alex fully explained the functions of the various systems. Tom the Business Manager made the necessary paperwork relatively effortless and explained the options for extended warranties including negotiating the price down to what I felt was a reasonable number that I took advantage of. I recommend this dealership. More

My experience at Liberty Subaru dealership can be summed up in one sentence, " Jeff Miletta is the very BEST sales consultant I have ever worked with bar none!" But that is not saying enough. Why is that up in one sentence, " Jeff Miletta is the very BEST sales consultant I have ever worked with bar none!" But that is not saying enough. Why is that sentence true? First of all the conditions under which he had to work with me were unusual. He was going through a third party at first, my brother, Phil Schoch. That was due to the recent passing of my husband. Jeff was truly amazing at how he handled this situation with patience, compassion, and dedication to the task at hand. I wasn't always easy to get hold of, but dear Jeff was persistent and always kind and gentle towards me as we went through the various steps, jumped through the necessary hoops, and tackled whatever obstacles that came our way. Never once did he show any exasperation, which could have been easily understood, given some of the complications that arose, through no fault of Jeff! He was remarkably calm, focused, and didn't miss a beat! I cannot tell you how relieved I was that he was the person who was working for me as this process proceeded. It was a difficult time for me. He totally understood and I knew I could have absolute confidence in him. Whew! I was so relieved that he was so RELIABLE! Jeff is a consummate professional. His demeanor, his communication skills, his attention to details were impressive. .He was even able to find a few items I had inadvertently left in the old car! He doesn't miss a thing!! Jeff Miletta epitomizes how a professional sales person should interact with a customer. I have never experienced obtaining a new car having all the bases covered so completely and with such a quick, easy transition from the old to the new! Jeff is a master at what he does, how he does it, and the way he always puts his customer first, goes above and beyond what is expected, and does it all with a smile, warmth and total understanding. I feel very blessed to have met Jeff and had the opportunity to work with him under these challenging circumstance. I certainly look forward to working with him in the future, along with the other excellent members of the dealership who support his outstanding work. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and every experience has been awesome! This is not one of those dealerships where they take down a ridiculous amount of information befor dealership and every experience has been awesome! This is not one of those dealerships where they take down a ridiculous amount of information before a test drive and then do the absurdly long salesperson-manager conferences where the pretend to discuss "a deal"before the high pressure pitch. If someone wants to deal with that nonsense-knock your self out-this will not happen at Liberty Subaru. As for the sale people, over the last 3 cars purchases all have been knowledgeable and helpful but Jeff Milleta went above and beyond for me. Not because I'm special but because this is who he is and I'm sure he would do it for anyone. He worked with me for close to 6 months to find me the perfect car (because of all the upheaval over the last several years). My personal experience with Mr. Milleta was outstanding and that is an understatement, FYI, Liberty Subaru has a IT specialist with the patience of saint for those of us who are technologically challenged that goes over all that tech stuff before driving off with the new purchase. Wish I could remember his name to give a shout out. Very happy with new purchase and Liberty Subaru. More

Buying a car can be a daunting experience, but as soon as we stepped into Liberty Subaru we felt better about the whole thing. While most dealerships/dealers will try to pressure you into purchasing somethin we stepped into Liberty Subaru we felt better about the whole thing. While most dealerships/dealers will try to pressure you into purchasing something whether you are read or not, Jeff M. was kind and patient the entire time we were there. We were hesitant buyers and had to come back a few times before making a decision but we never felt rushed or pressured by Jeff or anyone else at Liberty Subaru. Additionally, when we finally made the purchase, we did not feel pushed into buying add ons/ extra warranties. They were simply presented to us as an option to which we could say yes or no. It was a great experience all around! Next time we need to buy a car, we will definitely be going to Liberty Subaru. More
