Way to long of a wait!!!!! I was happy with just about everything except for the wait. I purchased a used car and drove 45 minutes with a check to pick it up. The closing would only last less than 10 minutes because I didn't need financing. When we got there we had to wait over two hours. Two hours of just sitting in the dealership! I felt that was unacceptable. The guy that sold us the car was very nice and it wasn't his fault. More

I only had 2 issues with my experience buying my RAV4 ( that I love). 1.) When my appt. was made to treat my car inside & out I was told it would be ready by 4. I showed up around 5 and was told to pick this up tomorrow ( needed to dry ) which was fine but a call to tell me this would have been better then making the trip to be told. 2.) I recommend this dealership to a friend who also bought a 2018 car but they got a full tank of gas mine was at a 1/4. More
