Greenbrier Kia is the best! I called to schedule an oil change. They answered the phone and was able to get me in the very next day. Also gave me multiple options over the cours I called to schedule an oil change. They answered the phone and was able to get me in the very next day. Also gave me multiple options over the course of the next week. When I arrived, everybody was super friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was so amazed because I have been dealing with the VA Beach Kia for four years and never once have I gotten an oil change and been in and out in 20 minutes. I have to leave my car there all day. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare no one ever answers the phone or calls you back. Even though Greenbrier is 15 minutes further I do not mind at all to make the drive. Keep up the good work. ! More

This dealership had not started working on my vehicle, four hours after the time of my appointment. I asked for updates and was met with inaccurate ones being told my car would be the next up, however an four hours after the time of my appointment.
