Everyone I have interacted with, from sales to service, has been so pleasant and helpful! From the beginning, Greg in sales was incredibly responsive. He answered all of my questions and helped set up a time that would work for me to come view the car. During the actual appointment, he was straightforward and understanding. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest! He even assisted me after my purchase in coordinating with service to get an appointment for equipment installation set up, and let me know when the parts came in. Jason in finance was very professional, and he patiently answered all my questions when I needed clarification on things. I didn’t think it was possible to have a painless car buying experience, but the team at Dean Subaru proved it is! We will definitely go back to them if we need to purchase another vehicle in the future! More
