I was extremely unsatisfied I felt so upset with people here. They ruined my tire that could’ve hurt/killed me or someone else and they didn’t not care what so ever! They offered to wash and vacuum my car and they still left it dirty! I talked to the manager just to make sure he knew the situation about my tire and he did not treat me with respect in any manner! He did not care about the situation and it felt he was protecting whoever damaged my car! I will never come here again, this place makes me officially done with Volkswagen period! More

In addition to the sales and service teams’ transparent and friendly service, they were very accommodating and helpful while my 13 month old son and I waited for a shuttle (they even played with my son while I got some water). So much so that I ended up looking at new cars and worked out an amazing deal! Despite their efficient sales skills they were not pushy. I felt supported and guided rather than forced to make any decisions! 100 percent recommend this dealership for all service and sales needs!
