By far, this was my most enjoyable car buying experience ever (and I have purchased a lot of vehicles). My wife and I were interested in a 2018 VW Tiguan. We were first greeted by Brien Dirito (Internet Marketing) out on the lot. It wasn’t creepy or pushy, he happened to be walking by and saw us so he thought he’d stop and say hello. Once he knew we were interested in a vehicle, he offered to get a salesperson to help us. Brien was great, told it as it was, and we had a great conversation. Once our salesperson came, Oscar Dryden, he was upfront and no-nonsense as well. He offered for us to take a test drive and let my wife and I go by ourselves. Like I said...car buying has changed. No more sitting in the back and breathing down our necks. No more talking loud so you can’t hear the engine. It was a great approach. After we made the decision to purchase the vehicle, there was no back and forth from the manager’s office. It was all upfront and they made the decision easy. The closing/finance was simple and straight forward. Got us in and out quickly. They even threw in a little perk for us at the end, a nice surprise and gesture. Overall, couldn’t be more happy with the vehicle, the employees, the process, and most importantly, th approach. Not pushy or annoying. Five Stars all the way. More

Always an A+ Experience! This is my 4th car with VW Walnut Creek, and each time is gets better and better! Diego has also been my salesman on each car and at this point he truly knows what I will like. Although I have also had 4 different models, each has fit my lifestyle during that current state. I was in and out in just a couple of hours, with complete inventory of every model I wanted to look at and even completed a full test drive to ensure I was happy and comfortable. I love the fun and caring staff who all helped me out along the way, and never pushed me to make a choice that is not right for me. I love my new car and will continue to come to the dealership to upgrade my cars! More
