This week, on Wednesday, November 16, I drove to Mission Viejo Acura, because my "check tire pressure" light came on. I tried to put air in the tires at a gas station, but I could not do it adequately. So, Viejo Acura, because my "check tire pressure" light came on. I tried to put air in the tires at a gas station, but I could not do it adequately. So, I knew that the better option would be to drive to Acura, a 15 minute drive away. I told Jeff that I did NOT have an appointment, but that I needed a cap for the tire valve, and I needed air in my tires. He took care of everything! I was not charged for the service, and Jeff was so very helpful in doing what was needed to give me peace of mind about my car. I think that Mission Viejo Acura is so very blessed to have Jeff on their staff! Thank you, Jeff! You are the best! More

My whole experience with each individual has been above and beyond my expectations. Starting with Adam in sales. He worked with me on the internet. When I arrived to the dealership Adam treated me very p and beyond my expectations. Starting with Adam in sales. He worked with me on the internet. When I arrived to the dealership Adam treated me very professional and was polite. Nothing changed from what he told me on the internet. He didn't rush me in my test drive. Adam explained everything to me about the car. Adam also continued to follow up with me on my service appointment. This is my 4th Acura. My next great experience was with Steve Hanh. I have purchased a new car every 3 years and sometimes sooner. My family is in the bussniss. I always hate the part when it comes to working with the Sales manager. Though, Steve was exceptional and made my experience comfortable and easy. I had some issues with my trade in and Steve was exceptional and patient with me. Usually the sales manager will break or make the deal. Steve treated me wonderful. Then my next experience was in finance, another one I don't like dealing with. Again, Safue Ailama was exceptional. No Pressure very professional and explained everything to me as he offered several items to me. My next experience was service with Jeff Sanchez. What a wonderful experience. I have dealt with Escondido Acura for years. Nothing compares to dealing with Jeff. He's professional and communication is excellent. Jeff is very calming and treated me like I was family. He made sure I had a loaner car since I was driving from San Diego. Jeff took good care of me. I will continue to drive for my service from San Diego to Mission. I like the communication and video. I will also probably be purchasing another RDX in the next year or so from your dealership. All my experiences with the dealership were very nice and polite. Clean dealership as well. More
