Since I had just started my search, I wasn't expecting to find "the one", but Samantha made the experience really enjoyable and I came away with two great options. I left feeling excited to choose one of the two vehicles (but felt no pressure to make any kind of decision). I don't believe this is very common, but I actually wanted to buy a car from Samantha and the great team at Acura Mission Viejo. PS - even the negotiation process was pleasant as well (I know... right)!! Kudos Samantha and team!! More

Jeff Sanchez is a caring, accommodating service manager that provides the necessary information on the status of your vehicle without pushing additional work items and expense.
