As a long time Lexus driver, I was hesitant to switch brands, and went back numerous times to test drive the Q3 and ask countless questions of Jeff. He was extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable about the new Q3, and gave me the comfort I needed to purchase my new Audi. Even as an older woman not well versed in today's high tech features, Jeff calmly taught me step-by-step how to use the many great features of my Q3. To his credit, since my purchase Jeff is still easily reachable to answer any questions. I would recommend Jeff without reservation to my friends looking to purchase a new car. Jeff has really made me feel really welcome to the Audi family. More

Quite honestly, this is the first time that I have ever taken the time to provide feedback on a dealership experience. In the case of Audi of Naples, Jeff Sawick our certified Audi sales consultant delivered a buying experience that was by far the best I have ever experienced. I dare say that he helped to make buying a car enjoyable. Jeff is professional & courteous, as well as, knowledgable and most importantly offered my wife and I his personal support throughout the entire process of selection, test drive and delivery. He was very generous with the time spent helping us learn the operation of our A5 Cabriolet. Throughout the experience he was patient, humorous and a delight to do business with. He left us with the confidence that he will continue to offer the same level of support after the sale as well. If you are interested in driving an Audi......give Jeff a call. You'll be glad you did ! On a separate note, we also enjoyed working with John Joseph, Finance Manager at Audi of Naples. John was efficient in working through all the paperwork, and took the time to thoroughly explain what we were signing and why. He even gave us a personal tour of the their facility with a chance to admire the many custom painted car hoods that the dealership has collected over the years. Once again, a delightful person to do business with. It's obvious that management has created a culture here that places a lot of emphasis on the customer which is quite welcome in an industry that doesn't always measure up.......Kudos to Audi of Naples. More
