I liked my experience with Jeff Schade and Grand Subaru I found Jeff to be very up front about the deal. He told ,me to use text as the best way to contact him. The initial offer was below what I expected. They try to be transparent and they succeeded. I wish they had filled out a few more forms before I got there, but they were upfront that it would take 2-3 hours to finalize the paperwork. It took about 3,5 hours out the door. I was able to make the final deal via emails and phone calls ,which is only way I buy cars now. So, none of the BS of “come in to close the deal”. I like that they have a second training session to review the operation of the features. I need that as the cars are so feature -rich these days that it’s hard to remember all the options. I have a few questions days after the sale and Jeff has been very responsive to help me. I like that. They are very supportive of rescue dogs and have events at the dealership to support that. Dog fan, so i like that. I’ve been out the door quicker at other dealerships, but over all and. I have no complaints about the experience at Grand Subaru. Even if we have have to wait,, i thinks it’s really important to know the timeline and where we stand and Jeff was great about keeping us informed. Happy go work with Jeff and would recommend him to others. More

Nealy was AMAZING! So sweet I had the pleasure of working with Nealy Anderson, Jeff Schade, and Al Hassan on the purchase of my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Nealy was AMAZING! So sweet and understanding, made me feel comfortable during my first visit at Grand Subaru. She was honest and open with the process of locating the car I wanted and kept open communication the entire time. She was flexible with appointment times and made sure another sales representative would take over upon her leave. This is how I had the opportunity to work with Jeff to finalize my purchase. Jeff worked hard to meet my expectation for trade-in value of my VW Golf. Although there was some back and forth with finding the right price for the trade-in, Jeff never gave up looking into options (same with all the people in the back office). Al in finance was great - a little bit of a fast talker however took the time to answer each and every question I had and was not pushy when I declined any additional warranties. Overall, the entire process was better than my prior experiences with purchasing a car at a different dealership. I definitely plan on staying a member of the Grand Subaru family! More
