He gave us the best price by far compared to any other Subaru dealership in our area. He went above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied with our questions and made sure we got the dream car we wanted. He went over the numbers with us, explaining what each one meant. He didn't play any games with us and we didn't feel pressured into adding extra warranties or stuff we didn't need. He did offer it as that's part of his job, but we respectfully declined and that was it. Overall I'd highly recommend Jeff and Grand Subaru dealership. All employees we talked to there were friendly and were willing to help. Linda was great when it came time to pay and go over the paperwork. She carefully explained each one and gave us time to read through (even though it was almost closing time). Afiza was instrumental in giving us an overview of all the features the car had! Honest, straightforward, and fun car buying experience I just can’t say enough good things about Jeff and Grand Subaru. After requesting a quote via the Grand website Jeff reached out with a great offer. N I just can’t say enough good things about Jeff and Grand Subaru. After requesting a quote via the Grand website Jeff reached out with a great offer. Not only was the price excellent, the out the door included an itemized breakdown of every cost. I made an appointment to see the car that weekend. Foolishly, I visited a different Subaru dealership in the area and decided to purchase a car from them instead. When I let Jeff know I wouldn’t make our appointment he was funny and gracious- I actually felt disappointment I wouldn’t get to work with a car salesman! Hours later the dealer I “purchased” my car from let me know that the configuration I had requested was not an option and that the car would be 3 weeks later than originally promised.... my first move was an email to Jeff in hopes the original car was available. By sheer luck, it was! Jeff even emailed me on his day off to let me know the car was available and we made another appointment to see the car. Walking into Grand Subaru was such a reassuring experience. Jeff walked me through every step of the car buying process and the whole thing went seamlessly. Linda helped me get all my financing squared away and a few hours later I left Grand Subaru elated. I never thought loyalty or integrity were words I’d use to describe a car dealership, but Jeff and Grand have proven otherwise. More
