I shopped around at the 4 dealers in my area and really could not find a car with the packages and options we wanted. I had touched base with Sandy and Jeff back in January and continued to keep in touch with them as we got closer to doing our deal. I ended up making a deal on the phone with Jeff at a very reasonable price, and they found the exact car in the color and with the options we wanted. They went out of their way to get that car quickly so that I could fly 500 plus miles to pick up our new Ascent. A sincere thanks to Jeff for going to bat for us and getting me picked up at O'Hare-thanks Marco! On my trip to the dealership from O'Hare, I met a really cool guy from Colorado Springs that was there to by a new Outback at a great price. I knew it was a good deal because we bought a 2018 touring Outback at another dealership. Thanks to Sandy, Jeff, Trace, Brandon and Marco for taking care of me and saving our family thousands of dollars ! More

I asked Jeff in my email for "no pressure" and that was exactly what we got. Jeff was cooperative, friendly, patient and very fast to reply and answer all our questions. He took time to show us the vehicle we were looking at, and he answered all of our questions. We ended up coming back 2 more times before we made the difficult decision to hold off on making the purchase, only because we felt that we needed to stick with our current vehicle a little longer. Jeff was extremely kind and gracious - never tried to pressure us into anything and even though he spent a lot of time with us, he was very understanding of our decision. Throughout the entire process, Jeff was a man of integrity - his email price quotes were honored, and he was completely honest with us. We plan on purchasing a new Subaru in the future, so we will not hesitate to give Jeff a call - he's a great guy and I would highly recommend him and Grand Subaru to our friends and family. More

Test drive, car review with questions, paper signing and a tutorial of how all the gadgets on our new purchase worked. Done. Honest and did not falter on any expectations I had I woke up on 12/1/2018 in Minneapolis with a thought. I know the car my wife wants is at a dealership in Chicago. No dealership in Minnesota has exactly what we want. What if Grand Subaru has a fair price and the cost of a plane ticket is not too high either? I talked to Jeff Schade at Grand Subaru and told him I was from out of town. I am sure he put his best foot forward knowing that flying in that day and driving 7 hours and 400 miles back home needed a justified price/reason. He gave me a first price that was a great price and better than all the other shady car sales persons I had talked to in Minnesota. All I had to say was "okay. We are ready to do this." I then booked a one way flight on points out of MSP for 90 minutes later. Naturally I had some apprehensions about hopping on a one way flight and putting myself in a very week handed scenario with a car dealer. Jeff sent a Purchase Agreement and reassured me that he was being honest about the price. When I showed up, Jeff was a true man to his word. The transaction was exactly what was promised and I was on my way driving back to Minneapolis through a snow storm that a Subaru had no issues with! More
