Follow-up e-mails and phone conversations were low-pressure and provided several options for my vehicle needs as well as all requested information. No questions went unanswered; if answer was initially unknown, Jeff would take a note and quickly get back to me with the proper information (usually same day, occasionally next day if needed to discuss with another dealer contact who was unavailable late in the day). Communication on day of actual purchase was very thorough to keep me apprised of status between sales and finance groups as paperwork was completed, signed, and all transactions were finalized. Communication and vehicle delivery checklist review on day of pick-up exceeded my expectations; Jeff went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was in perfect condition and all my questions on vehicle features, accessories, etc. were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. All in all, this was an excellent vehicle purchase experience and I would recommended both Grand Subaru & Jeff Schade to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

amazing car buying experience I originally went to this dealership and met with a sales guy whose name i can't remember. Needless to say this guy was nice but not a great salesmen. I originally went to this dealership and met with a sales guy whose name i can't remember. Needless to say this guy was nice but not a great salesmen. HE didn't go above and beyond and didn't really sell me on subaru as whole. I sought out subaru on my own because i knew about it's high recommendations for safety and have 2 small children, but the originally sales man quoted prices way to high for my budget and made me think a new subaru was NOT an option, telling me the lowest he could go was 29,500 on a 31,000 car. Discouraged slightly but not ready to give up i continued to search and enlisted in my family's help. One day later i engaged with a wonderfully helpful sales person named Jeff Schade. We started contact through email and texting on my phone, i showed up late that night about 15 minutes before close, because i was shopping around at other dealerships including another subaru location but still hadn't found what i was looking for and to be honest this was my last try to obtain a subaru. Upon arriving Jeff immediately recognized me and asked if i had been there before, and i told him yes with a different sales guy a day earlier but i did not want to work with the other guy. Him recognizing me immediately showed me right away that he paid attention, i had never spoke to him but he noticed me interested the day before even though i was not his customer. He began to explain all the great qualities about subaru, way beyond my common knowledge of the high safety rating. Originally i was interested in an outback but he also showed me the slight differences in the forester which in all actuality fit my needs better. Him recommending the forester, brings me back to his great customer attentiveness. In order for him to help me figure out what kind of car suited me best he had to listen to my needs and anticipate what i wanted in a new vehicle because in all honesty I'm not even sure i really knew everything i needed. There was certain things i wanted and certain things i was willing to give up to be able to fit in my budget. Jeff was super helpful in assisting me to decide what was necessary and what i could live without. In the end, i ended up with a subaru forester premium 2.5 and extremely happy with the price and amenities of my new vehicle. I knew my credit wasn't the greatest but jeff also assisted checking my own credit and that of two different cosigners.Saturday after noon he informed me that i was approved and could purchase my vehicle. I barely made it there before the dealership closed, but he was more than happy to stay late, help me get financial assistance for my loan and finally put on my license plates, he even installed my car seat for me. Over all i would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for any type of vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy and able to get a car that my family i not only needed but deserved. One of his best qualities besides going above and beyond he didn't play the sales man game of going back and fourth he gave the lowest price possible and made it happen. My family and i are very grateful. It's nice to know there are actually honest car sales men out there. More

Can't go wrong buying your Subaru from Jeff at Grand Subaru Using an Internet service, I provided the Subaru Dealers in my area an exact detailed description of the color and options of the 2017 Forester I was Using an Internet service, I provided the Subaru Dealers in my area an exact detailed description of the color and options of the 2017 Forester I was ready to buy. Grand Subaru's Jeff Schade provided the first and only comprehensive email response and did so in minutes. In his response he told me they had an incoming Forester matching the exact model, color, and options I requested at a price that was lower that I expected. Great! I called him, put down a deposit via credit card, and added a few dealer installed options. I don't know how Jeff could have made it easier or been more pleasant. Next day, if I recall, Melissa Distel followed up with an email making sure everything was going well. She was pleased to know Jeff and I already had a deal. One thing I had to point out to her is the reason I was buying a car from Grand Subaru is they didn't provide the typical "Hey, we got cars, come on down for a test drive" slow response I got some some other dealers. I want everyone reading my review to understand I am not maligning other Subaru dealers. I am just pointing out given that I knew EXACTLY what I wanted, Grand Subaru was the dealer that did a near perfect job of selling the way I wanted to buy. Just a few days later, Jeff let me know my Forester had arrived on time and we setup of an appointment to close the deal. The appointment went quick enough given the necessary amount of paperwork requiring signatures and an upsale for extended service. Al Hassan in Finance got us through finalizing payment, title, plates, and registration quick enough, as well. Boring, but necessary part done, Jeff mounted the plates and then provided an expert-level tour of our Forester. It wasn't the "here is your car and this is how to turn on the lights", but included how to add fluids, move seats, manage the climate control, attach multiple phones via Bluetooth, perform various systems operations, tips of using X-Mode, etc.... (Later, I went through the user manual cover to cover and don't think Jeff left anything out) Post sales follow-up both by Jeff and the Subaru Mothership has been timely, informative, useful, and in just the right amount. Subaru has really figured out how to do the post-sales stuff right. More
