My tire is still flat and tire pressure cap is still missing. Jeff the supervisor never returned my calls and notes left for him. I was told he would be there on Saturday and he was not to address my issues and concerns. My car was dropped off and kept from Saturday until Wednesday. My tire was not even looked at and I had to come back on the next Saturday just to leave with the tire flat because they were supposed to order the tire and did not. The tire cap matched on all four of my tires and now one of my tires is missing one from the check they did and has not been replaced. Also, the first time I brought it in there it was an Appointment .Also, the appointment was for them to fix my window which that was fixed. However, they kept my strap used to hold the window together, and I had to come back up there to get my belongings back. I did not appreciate that as they knew that was my property and tried to keep it. More
