Excellent buying experience I was very hesitant at first. I was always a Saturn Customer and cannot stand haggling. I expected the negative stereotype of car salesman. I was greeted by Adam and he was quite a pleasure to deal with. He looked up what I was looking for and found an excellent match for used Sedona. I decided to think about it overnight. I was not pressured into anything. Adam was not available the next day. I deal with Jeff. Same ease of dealing with. We talked over the phone a few times. All my questions were answered directly. I made Jeff an offer and he called me back in a few minutes to state we had a deal. I went up and the sale was completed. Both Jeff and Adam are recommended. I had also visited the Dodge dealership next door (owned by the same company). I dealt with Matt, who I would highly recommend if you need a Dodge. The car needs a second key, which Jeff has arranged to be made for me at my convenience. I feel you can trust this dealership and the men I dealt with. They will look you in the eye and shake your hand, something not as common as it should be. More
