Bought a brand new 2022 Kia Sorento and paid in full. Started having issues they said nothing was wrong with the car. Left got half way home and car still having same issues so brought it right back. The Started having issues they said nothing was wrong with the car. Left got half way home and car still having same issues so brought it right back. They had the car a week and said no problems with it. Got home and realized they shut off sensors so we turned them back on and started with same issues. This car slams on emergency brake, hesitates when driving and tells you you are skidding. We have almost been hit many times because of these problems. Finally kia corporate had us bring it to a different dealership because Danbury didn’t address issues including a known issue with the brakes. The other dealership had it an hour and the car was amazingly doing exactly what we said it was. Have tried to call Danbury MANY times and conveniently no one will call back. More

I had a great experience at Danbury Kia. The process of trading in my lease for a new one was made incredibly easy by the staff and especially the salesman, Zeke, who answered all my questions, was very st trading in my lease for a new one was made incredibly easy by the staff and especially the salesman, Zeke, who answered all my questions, was very straightforward and kind, and helped me come to a good deal relatively in the price range I wanted. Also having everything pretty much taken care of by the time I left the lot, including license plate and registration, in a quick and efficient manner was fantastic. More
