I literally drove away from the dealership in my new Pilot and said to a family member “wow, that seemed way too easy!” I had been delaying the purchase of a new vehicle longer than necessary because I dread the car buying experience; however, working with Derek and the rest of the Dick Brooks team that assisted in the process was a GAME CHANGER. We spoke to Derek before we went to the dealership and were very straight forward with what we were looking for in the vehicle and price, also that we had no interest in playing the game of back and forth. He completely understood, got us the information we needed quickly and called us right back, then we were in route to the dealership to finalize the purchase of my Honda Pilot. Buying with Derek was quick, efficient and painless; he is also a really awesome person so that’s a cherry on top! Customer service rocks I can’t say enough about the great people at Dick Brooks Honda. I purchased a new CR-V on Saturday. There was a problem with the vehicle. A small prob I can’t say enough about the great people at Dick Brooks Honda. I purchased a new CR-V on Saturday. There was a problem with the vehicle. A small problem, but none the less a problem.
