When we arrived on site we were treated like royalty. We were met immediately after walking in.everyone treated us as if we were very special and I know that to them we were. My experience shopping for a new car at RBM of Alpharetta was excellent from start to finish. My sales rep Jeff Twiggs was a courteous professional. He really listened for what I was looking for in a luxury vehicle and did not try to dictate or talk down to me. He took his time explaining everything, and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. From my first contact with RBM of Alpharetta the experience has been world class! After conducting an on-line search for a specific vehicle I began a chat session with my sales associate, Jeff Twig experience has been world class! After conducting an on-line search for a specific vehicle I began a chat session with my sales associate, Jeff Twiggs. Jeff was super helpful and professional and we set up an appointment for the following Monday. Jeff has the 2 vehicles I was interested in pulled up front and ready to go. No matter what I requested Jeff had the answer or went to find it. When I let him know I had to leave earlier than expected and asked if I could get a loaner and have my new car delivered later in the week, Jeff made it happen!! Overall, my experience with everyone at RBM of Alpharetta was truly exceptional and beyond my expectations. More
