We are on our 3rd Honda from Roush! Every dept. at Roush is amazing and we'll probably be back for a 4th Honda sometime in the distant future (since they last so long!) I've never had a bad experience from buying a car to getting recall airbag service to a license plate light changed. We first worked with the very patient and helpful Jeff Ward for our test drives. He even lined up two cars, in the rain, so we could compare trunk size vs. hatch size! After a day of deliberation, we made an appointment to come back to purchase. Honestly, Jeff W. was one of the reasons we came back and did not purchase another brand! Unfortunately there was a family emergency and he was not available for our appointment. Josie was assigned to help us for the purchase. I was a bit hesitant since the person we originally worked with couldn't be there. But Josie made the process just as wonderful. She explained everything, made it easy, and was also very patient with us. And she is SUPER efficient! She takes her job very seriously and this is very commendable. She took advantage of a little bit of a back up (with the finance dept.) to begin the process of going through all the "bells and whistles." When I came in to pick up my car, she continued the "bells and whistles" instructions. This would've taken days on my own. :-) On to the Finance Dept. Will Groves completed this section and again, explained everything perfectly. Buying a new car is overwhelming but Roush Honda does make it much easier. And according to my paperwork, he conducted the financial section 11 years ago when I bought my first Civic. Thanks so much, Roush! More

What an experience! I came to the Roush Honda service department for new brake lights in my 2012 Odyssey, and 24 hours later I had a brand new 2021 Odyssey.
