Jeff took a break from the auto business for about 16 years. He worked for a Hearing Aid company and became a Regional Manager serving several states. Jeff always loved the auto business and was very successful. While Jeff loved helping people with their hearing the constant travel became tiring. He contacted his cousin Rob Lombard and asked if he could get back into auto sales Jan 2022. Rob was thrilled to have Jeff return. Since then Jeff has got back into the swing. The customers he dealt with here at Lombard Ford, were delighted to have Jeff return back to where he started in 1986. We all at Lombard Ford were happy that Jeff returned. He is back working with his identical twin brother Steve. Rob Lombard has said ,"Now I am so happy to have family back working with my wife and I". My husband and I worked with Jeff at Lombard Ford and it was by far the best and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Not only did they treat us like family but they were efficient and cons was by far the best and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. This is my 2nd car purchased from Lombard Ford. Both times it was a great and positive experience. I never felt pressured and Mike from financing is so helpful. I asked before dropping my vehicle off on a Monday if they were sure it would be done the next weekend was told that the job would only take a few days. I never heard back from the so I called on Thursda they were sure it would be done the next weekend was told that the job would only take a few days. I never heard back from the so I called on Thursday to see is it was ready which they told me know and that is wasn’t going to be done for the weekend and wasn’t sure when they would be done till sometime next week. Which cost me a truck rental cause I needed my truck that weekend and they didn’t have my done like I was told it would have been when I dropped it off. And then this carried to the weekend after as will. They should of been up front with me when I dropped it off for the warranty work. Which after getting it back and the paper work the only put 8hrs of work into it but had it for just about 2weeks. More
