I would give zero stars if I could. From start to finish, the experience with Mall of Georgia Ford has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional. We purchased a brand-new vehic From start to finish, the experience with Mall of Georgia Ford has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional. We purchased a brand-new vehicle in January 2024, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. The car has been in the shop almost continuously since the week after we drove it off the lot. Instead of working with us to resolve the situation, the salesman, sales manager, finance manager, and even the general manager have all shown a complete lack of customer service. At one point, they agreed to swap the vehicle for an even trade, so we drove three hours to the dealership, only to be told upon arrival that we would actually owe $9,000. This bait-and-switch approach is completely unacceptable and shows a total disregard for honesty and professionalism. To make matters worse, they have since refused to work on the vehicle at all, leaving us with a brand-new car that has been nothing but a headache and financial burden. This dealership does not stand behind their word or their vehicles. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business here to look elsewhere. More

While we already had some issues when purchasing the car, including them adding things to the price that “could not be removed” even though they were not in the advertised price, we had way more issues when including them adding things to the price that “could not be removed” even though they were not in the advertised price, we had way more issues when it came to getting registration take of. They tried to claim we hadn’t sent them insurance papers which I was able to show I had already sent 2 weeks previous. When my wife called to check on it she refused to speak directly to her and instead just had the receptionist relay the message that she would send more paper tags which are illegal in our state now. Then I called and she basically told me this was normal to take multiple months to get registration taken care of and tried to blame me by saying the insurance paperwork had the info buried on the 7th page of the insurance documents. 1st even if that were true I paid almost 1000 dollars in document fees for them to do the paperwork so if she can’t even be bothered to read seven pages what was I paying for but 2nd the info she needed was in bold on page two and when I told her this she just said well it’s getting done and basically shooed me off the phone. This was some of the most unprofessional dealings I’ve had with a real business and I would not recommend anyone buy a car from them. Although their sales guy was awesome he should go to a place that values customers and takes care of them instead of doing everything to take advantage of them. More

Mall of Georgia Ford has a Lousy GM. I drove 4 hours away from TN to come to the dealership in Georgia. Called over the phone and was told the truck had nothing wrong with it. Spent 20k I drove 4 hours away from TN to come to the dealership in Georgia. Called over the phone and was told the truck had nothing wrong with it. Spent 20k in cash at the dealer even bought the motor, transmission and powertrain warranty they were offering and 20 minutes after leaving encountered an A/C problem. I called them back asap and they had me take it to a dealer back in TN to diagnose it just to tell me they needed to diagnose it at their dealer in Georgia. To summarize it all up I drove 16 hours in total, spent a night at a hotel to bring it in early in the morning and paid for a 200 dollar diagnosis fee at another dealer. Ford ended up diagnosing it and concluding that it was the evap sensor. Both dealers quoted me 2200 give or take. The mall of Georgia Ford came to a conclusion that they could only cover 1k of the repairs and I was fine with that agreement knowing I would be out of pocket the remaining amount. I had it serviced back at TN and I had to pull their teeth for days for them to even send me some sort of money. I was calling every other day being sent to every other manager. They would give me the run around and tell me that my message was delivered to the GM. When they finally sent a check it was not the 1k promised but instead 800 dollars. The truck sat at the dealership for 2 weeks or so because they wouldn’t contact the dealership or put any effort into emailing them is what the service techs told me at the TN dealership. I emailed the GM and he refuses to respond back to emails. I bought the truck on July 9th and it is now August 15th. This problem is still unresolved and feel like any contact I’m making is being dodged. Greedy business establishment and Sneaky Sales tactics. DEFINITELY BEWARE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! More
