I enjoy helping people and making their vehicle buying experience easy with a no pressure approach. Although I have only been in the car business for a short time, I have been in public service all of my professional career. I am a retired Law Enforcement officer from the State of North Carolina where I served for 25 years helping people. When my family and I moved to Tennessee for my wife's career, I decided retirement was not as exciting as I thought it would be. My wife suggested maybe I should sell cars after having done so well selling our 4 cars and a camper prior to moving from North Carolina. I have always enjoyed helping and meeting new people so I decided I would try my hand at car sales. I learned to drive on my Grandfather's Toyota farm truck with over 300,000 miles and I have always loved Toyota from that point on. My Grandmother told me when I was a teenager, "if you enjoy what you do for a living, you will never work a day in your life". I continue to agree!

Jeff Williams is the absolute best. As a retired police officer, he cut through the red tape and "fancy talk" and gave you "the facts, just the facts". He worked his utmost to give the best deal and we got it. His patience, kindness, guidance, and extreme knowledge of his product gave us the comfort to trust Jeff and Toyota of Cool Springs. He is a tremendous asset to the dealership. Yuri was also fantastic helping us with the financing and warranty. Everyone at the dealership from Kelli (the internet person I first "spoke" to who referred me to Jeff) to the service/detail folks who prepped the car for us to drive home are fantastic. Looking forward to coming in for normal maintenance and experiencing your waiting area. It's more equipped than my living room and more comfortable also! The fact that the dealership is nextdoor to Kohls doesn't hurt either. And by the way Jeff, I passed your name on to the "blue" family in the St. Louis area - just in case they decided to buy out of state LOL! More

Jeff was very good at finding out what we were looking for in the Toyoda truck line. Went the dealership didn’t have the desired vehicle, he located one, and in short order had it delivered to the dealers for in the Toyoda truck line. He is knowledgeable about Toyota products, and is very personable. I would recommend my friends to ask for him when buying a Toyoda. More
