1st time ever at this dealership, bought a Toyota on Thursday 1/21/21. Jeff Williams was great as my sales rep. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the end of the sale. I had asked the day bef Thursday 1/21/21. Jeff Williams was great as my sales rep. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the end of the sale. I had asked the day before if it was possible for the dealership to transfer the plates from my previous vehicle. Jeff said yes just be sure to bring the registration with me. When it came time to do the transfer, Jeff was told that since the vehicle I was buying was more than 4 years old, that the dealership "can't do it" and that I would have to go to the BMV to do it. I immediately went to BMV when I left the dealership & a supervisor named Clifford informed me that the age of the vehicle is irrelevant and that Ganley could've done the transfer right there (and considering we're in a pandemic, they really should've done the transfer in my opinion, instead of having me risk further exposure by telling me to go to BMV). Had a follow up text by Paula on Monday. Told her what happened. She gave me the number & extension for a title clerk named Carol to see what she could do, but Carol works at their Subaru dealership (based on the number I was given) so I haven't spoken with her as of yet and being that she works at a totally different location 20-30 minutes away, not sure what she can really do for me if anything. But Jeff was great, very patient with my questions & concerns. Bobbi at the front desk was great as well. Paula and her follow up was also great. Overall the customer service was really good. But the BMV end of this transaction really soured the overall experience for me. The reasoning given for not doing the transfer of the license plates is just plain lame in my opinion. To say that you "can't" do the transfer due to age of the vehicle, and then have a BMV supervisor inform me that the age of the vehicle is irrelevant, that tells me the dealership simply didn't want to do the transfer. If they were not equipped to do it, then that's what should've been said instead of blaming it on the age of the vehicle which doesn't matter. *** 15 DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE! Nice and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the product and can answer your questions with ease. Whole process was efficient and easy. However, once you leave the dealership after a purchase, good luck and can answer your questions with ease. Whole process was efficient and easy. However, once you leave the dealership after a purchase, good luck getting a response from anyone. All of your calls and emails will go unanswered (not even an acknowledgment). Customer service abruptly ends once you buy a car and that’s the main reason I do NOT recommend this dealership and will not buy my next car from them. More

Was interested in a pre-owned Grand Cherokee for my Girlfriend, and Eli was our salesman. He may be new in the car industry but he has right attitude and really has his head in the game! He has a natural ability to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in a world where most feel uneasy about even setting foot into dealership doors! Although we weren’t able to come to a deal because of lack of effort on the sales managers, I would recommend anyone who is in the market for any Jeep Dodge or Ram or used as well, to go see Eli he will take care of you! If he hasn’t already he needs to be recognized for all his efforts as he spent hours with us trying to make something happen and find the right vehicle for her. I was also in there on a separate occasion and dealt with another salesperson who was NOT Eli and was quoted $1000 a month on a Charger Scat pack with absolutely no explanation on those numbers. Went elsewhere and got it for several hundred less per month. Very dismissive with no interest to make a sale. Have purchased two $50k plus cars there previously but was treated like some teenage kid who was wasting his time. Not the way to treat customers. More

The salesmen and finance team at Ganley Village make buying/leasing vehicles extremely smooth and easy. My family has been leasing from them for years and they have never disappointed. I leased my first buying/leasing vehicles extremely smooth and easy. My family has been leasing from them for years and they have never disappointed. I leased my first car ever yesterday, and decided to follow suit with the rest of my family by heading to Ganley Village. I did a lot of research beforehand and truly could not find better deals or a better selection of vehicles than they have. Todd Roske (salesman), Bob Kukwa (finance), and Jeff Williams (finance) all worked together to get me the DEAL OF THE CENTURY on a brand new 2020 Ram 1500. The process of buying/leasing a car is so stressful and confusing, but these guys made me feel so comfortable and at ease. If it weren’t for them, my dream truck probably wouldn’t be sitting in my driveway right now. Ganley Village and their team gained another lifetime customer and I can’t thank them enough! More

Jeff was awesome! The wait was unacceptable and not Jeff’s problem. There were SEVERAL employ BC ees sitting around talking while Jeff ran circles around them...,paperwork, leaving to get gasoline, g Jeff’s problem. We could have been out the door an hour earlier if the dealership had a team to help the sales crew. We elected to skip the detail due to the long transaction. More

If i could give 6 * i would. We just purchased our second vehicle within a month. I won’t shop at any other dealer, Ganley has the cleanest nicest used vehicles within miles around northeast Ohio. What an impeccable clean environment and the staff is nice, kind and attentive. They dress clean and neat and genuinely care for the buyer. They all take pride in their teamwork. Working with Nick Artino was such a pleasure and he really knows what he is doing including putting a rush on the paperwork process. More

Genuine People...Positive Experience I had the pleasure of working with Mike Campola, Rick Campola, Nick Campola, Jeff Williams, and Jim Waterwash. I appreciate the time Mike spent with I had the pleasure of working with Mike Campola, Rick Campola, Nick Campola, Jeff Williams, and Jim Waterwash. I appreciate the time Mike spent with me to hear the situation I was in with my previous car. From there, he set me up with Nick and Jeff to test drive the Cherokee and learn the details of the jeep. Lastly, Jim wrapped things up in Finance in a warm, friendly manner. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly at this dealership.
