Everyone I met was personable, friendly, patient and helpful. That meant the world to me, as this was the first time I purchased a car totally on my own. I was especially touched by the VIP treatment with the red rose bouquet, huge red bow on my beautiful, luxurious new car, impressive box of gifts and the autographed photo of Pat Murphy with Chourio and Yelich that Joe Palmisano brought out to me after learning I was a Brewers fan. I was totally overwhelmed with his generosity and totally unexpected gift. More

The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making the buying experience as smooth as possible. Ayman made the entire car-buying experience easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making us feel pressured. Unlike many salespeople, he focused on helping me make the right decision rather than trying to sell me a car. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He truly cares about his customers and stands behind what he sells. Ayman is professional, honest, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience. More

They are two of the finest gentlemen I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with when purchasing a vehicle. From the moment we arrived, they made my wife and me feel comfortable, welcomed, and never pressured. We were very pleased with the deal we received, but what stood out even more was the personal experience. We talked about family, food, and travel, making the process enjoyable rather than stressful. I still can’t wrap my head around how quickly everything was completed. We sat down around 9:45 a.m., and by 11:00 a.m., my wife and I were on our way home—and no, I did not pay cash! Ryan and Jeff, thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. You made what is often a long and exhausting process remarkably smooth and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure working with both of you. I highly recommend Lexus of Brookfield and especially Ryan and Jeff to anyone looking for a first-class car-buying experience. D. Sims More

From the moment Ayman called me on the phone to discuss the vehicle I was interested in, till the time I left the dealership in the desired vehicle, Ayman's communication and service was impeccable. Since the vehicle I was interested in, till the time I left the dealership in the desired vehicle, Ayman's communication and service was impeccable. Since I was going to travel from GA to WI for purchasing the vehicle, I wanted a lot of information about the vehicle before making a trip. Ayman provided me everything (photos, videos, other details) I asked for via SMS. He was very courteous and patient with me, and was instrumental in helping me make a decision to purchase the vehicle without even seeing it. Once at the dealership, Ayman was such a pleasure to work with, very courteous and friendly. He showed us around the sales floor and made us very comfortable with the purchase process. He was very knowledgeable about cars in general and made sure all the paperwork was done promptly and final touches on the vehicle were done to our satisfaction. He also had multiple surprises ready for us at the end of our stay at Lexus of Brookfield which made our trip and purchase extra special and memorable. Ayman is one of a kind and a reason I would recommend any of my friends/family/acquaintance to consider Lexus of Brookfield for their next Lexus purchase. Thank You Ayman, and Best wishes for a glowing future. More
