The dealer service dept was busy that day. But they were able to accomodate and replaced my blown run-flat tire. I’m still able to return to work driving my car after the service. I would not recommend this dealership. While fixing my car's heat, they made to get the battery replaced which was not required at all. And the way they handled this issue was not satisfac While fixing my car's heat, they made to get the battery replaced which was not required at all. And the way they handled this issue was not satisfactory at all. Funny thing is that they told me that the jump start in Mercedes may not always work...lol...Its very frustrating and disappointing...
