Helped answer every question we had, took the time and really made the entire experience memorable. The dealership is top notch, Jeff (in sales) and Brandon (in finance) were easy to work with. Gave us a fair price and were nice enough to pick me up when it was time to get the car (since I wanted to drive it home). Honestly, one of the best experiences at a dealership in a long time! I had the specific car in mind and Michel Rey worked closely with me in locating the vehicle (who knew they had so many lots?!), pointing out the features, and allowing multiple test drives. The manager Jeff Hudson worked cooperatively with me on the pricing, to make the deal happen, and Jeremy Bishop in finance smoothed out the financing arrangements. One of the brand new tires picked up a bolt on a test drive - Michel arranged to have the tire replaced and the car delivered to me in Santa Barbara, saving me an additional long drive to pick it up. Michel also responded immediately to my post-sale emails and answered all my questions. A great experience. Joe Green More
